VIRTUAL SUPPORT GROUPS
Client Appreciation Month- November 2023!
Big News! Client Appreciation Month is the launch of our FREE daily virtual meal support groups for clients plus 8 unique discussion groups throughout the month of November 2023, which give a glimpse into what we appreciate most about working with our clients at Side by Side Nutrition. Join us via google meets for the consistency and camaraderie of meal support, and the thoughtful, beyond-food, intersectional discussion topics that have a lot to do with how we got here. Everyone is welcome and this is free to everyone! After client appreciation month in November, SBSN will continue daily meal support free to all SBSN clients and for a small fee for external clients. We can’t wait to support and see everyone there! Learn more below!

Teen Eating Disorder Recovery Support Group
*THIS GROUP IS CURRENTLY CLOSED*
$27/group session
(*8-week commitment required)
Mondays, 5 pm MST
Virtual via Zoom
Who the group is for? Teens in recovery
What to expect? Participants can expect to gain an understanding of various recovery-related topics and identify the connection between this and their recovery process. The overall outcomes throughout the weeks are that individuals gain awareness around their experiences and ED behaviors, discuss struggles and receive support from peers, work together in an interactive way with peers to explore and gain insight into multiple topics, learn and understand nutrition in a way that empowers them to decide how they can engage healthfully in the individual and social eating experiences, and begin to challenge beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors towards food so they can begin to develop a healthier relationship with food.
To apply for the group, submit your application through the form block at the bottom of this page! Upon submitting your application, the facilitator of the group will reach out to you to set up a 15-minute phone call to answer any questions you may have and make sure the group is a good fit!
