Our sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs. At Side by Side Personal Training, we:
Approach every session from a trauma-informed, weight-neutral, and non-diet perspective.
Foster a positive, embodied relationship with movement.
Explore your values around exercise to help you discover what makes movement enjoyable for you.
Your first session includes:
A comprehensive assessment exploring:
Your current and past relationship with food and movement.
Your mental and physical health history.
Your current goals.
Creation of a personalized movement plan tailored to your specific needs and values.
Follow-up sessions may include:
Structured 60-minute training sessions:
Custom-designed to align with your individual goals and values.
60 minutes of counseling:
Address fears and triggers.
Explore your overall relationship with movement.
Combination sessions:
Blend structured training and counseling to provide holistic support.
