Initial Session

60 minutes

During the initial session, we will do a full assessment to get to know you and your individual needs and welcome any questions you may have about our work together. With your permission (and depending on your comfort level), we will start to explore your past and present relationship with food, body image, health history, and so much more.

Together, we will discuss the type of support you need, both short- and long-term goals, and what you are hoping to get out of our work together.

Follow up Sessions

50 min

Follow-up sessions are where most of our work takes place. Together, we will thoroughly explore your relationship with food and body. We will unpack challenges and work together to develop individualized tools, explore body image, dismantle the food and body shame from external factors, and create structure if necessary to help you increase variety and flexibility with eating as you learn how to respond to your body’s hunger and satiety cues.

Together, we will support you through the inevitable ups and downs of your journey as you navigate through the discomfort, and celebrate your progress to cross the finish line with you.
