Lauren Hobday (she/her/hers) RDN

Lauren is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist committed to providing size-inclusive and gender-affirming care to individuals seeking peace with food. She holds experience in mental health and eating disorder treatment across all levels of care, and currently works with adults and adolescents aged 13 years and older. Lauren acknowledges that rebelling against diet culture and overcoming disordered eating can feel intimidating. That's why she creates a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for clients to navigate the complexities of their relationship with both food and body. Through a Health at Every Size (HAES) and All Foods Fit lens, she assists clients in setting meaningful goals, reducing food guilt and shame, re-establishing appropriate appetite cues, and learning to honor their body's nutritional needs.

Recognizing that eating disorder recovery is not always linear, Lauren meets each client where they are, guiding them through their unique recovery journey while validating the emotions that can come up along the way.

Acknowledging her privileges as a cis, white, able-bodied individual, Lauren is mindful of the lived experiences and backgrounds of her clients. Working with Lauren, you can expect a passionate clinician who will be a co-pilot on your recovery journey, working alongside you to reach your recovery goals!

When Lauren isn't working to dismantle diet culture and celebrating your recovery milestones, you'll likely find her outdoors mountain biking, running, paddle boarding, or hiking. If she's not out and about in the PNW, she enjoys traveling, seeing live comedy/music, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her partner, her cat Felix, friends, and family.
