Kaitlyn is an anti-diet, Health At Every Size (HAES) Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is dedicated to working with her clients to heal their relationship with food. Kaitlyn views food as more than just fuel but as a way to pursue connection with others. As an Asian American, she also recognizes the huge cultural role food plays in our everyday lives. She believes eating disorder recovery is fully possible and is passionate about recovery for all people of every identity. Kaitlyn brings a patient-centered approach to all her work with her clients and values their bodily autonomy.

As a Certified Lactation Counselor and previous WIC educator, Kaitlyn also has a passion for helping individuals overcome breast and chestfeeding barriers. Kaitlyn holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Washington and a master's degree in human nutrition from Colorado State University.

Originally from Seattle, Kaitlyn loves curling up with a good cup of coffee and an even better book in her free time. She also loves running, kayaking and being outside with her husband and friends and enjoying all the sunshine Colorado has to offer.
