Erika is always learning. She studied literature because she loves the power of stories. She went on to study linguistics because she loves people and the different ways language helps us express ourselves. Ultimately, she studied dietetics because it allowed her to combine all of her loves with her biggest love – food. Erika understands that food can be many things to us. It can be a connection to culture, to comfort, and to each other. By nurturing our relationship with food, we can reconnect to different parts of ourselves. She wants to empower her clients to explore their appetites so they can discover the connections their bodies are craving and create lives that are satisfying. Erika is committed to helping clients heal their relationships with food and body in order to find their voice. Diet culture is loud, you can be too.
